- Working with superintendent to get budget back in control
- Collaboration and teamwork with trustees on the board, focus on student success
- Encourage parent involvement and dialogue
- Support initiatives that will reduce achievement gap
- Be transparent and open with all communication and decisions on board
- Regaining trust of the community through open dialogue and teamwork
- Support Special Education millage, and renewal millage coming up
- Work to increase enrollment which increases $$ for the district
